This is probably the most deceiving hole on the course due to the steady incline from tee to green. This hole provides the first real test of the golfer’s course management. There are two main options here, either lay up to the flat portion of the fairway (leaving a mid-iron to the green) or go for distance and risk driving into the trees on the right via the natural run-off from the sloping fairway nearer to the green.
